Chelsea · New York
Seasonal cooking, slow coffee, and desserts made in-house — a warm room on West 27th Street.
Our Story
Velora began with a simple habit: shopping the Greenmarket in the morning and writing the menu on the walk back. The kitchen still works that way — what’s good this week decides what’s on the plate, so the menu moves with the seasons rather than the calendar.
The room is built for lingering. Espresso and pastry as the city wakes up, a slice of something sweet in the afternoon, and dinner by low light once the ovens turn to the evening’s cooking. Different hours, same table.
